The subterranean garage tucks under the main floor on the upward sloping site. The garage offers enough space to accommodate 2 cars along with a number of additional vehicles (i.e. motorcycles, scooters, bicycles etc.). It also can be utilized as additional storage, workshop, or rec. area. An entry vestibule at the rear of the garage connects this level to the main floor above.

The hallmark of the main floor level is the expansive great room. This area is perched above the driveway overlooking the streets cape at the front of the house and opens to the exterior entertainment area at the left side of the home. Anchoring the great room is heart of the home; the kitchen. Strategically located, the kitchen provides a pivotal gathering area linking the dining room, living room, and exterior entertainment areas. The family room opens up to the exterior via 8′ tall x 12′ wide bi-folding doors. It also features floating entertainment cabinets. Behind the great room is a luxurious powder bath and a full en suite guest quarters which has its own private exterior patio area.

The second floor boasts 2 additional en suite bedrooms; each offering a expansive closet space, custom bathroom amenities and large accommodating bedroom space. Also located on the second floor is a strategically positioned laundry niche with full sized stackable washer and dryer, utility sink, and copious amounts of storage. The master suite, located at the front of the residence, gives a commanding presence by offering approximately 300 sq.ft. of bedroom floor area alone. This room also boasts floor to ceiling glass as overlooking the quaint mission street below.

The roof delivers (3) strategically located skylights. The first (2) are located in the master walk in closet and above the linen cabinet in the master bathroom. The third grand skylight is located above the house’s main staircase. At almost 7′ long, this brings both a great amount of natural light into the interior spaces of the house as well as add a very dramatic element.

The roof assembly is designed to provide maximum solar reflectance which enhances the overall thermal performance of the structure. This enhanced performance results in lower utility bills.
